If the bookmaker you use does not offer the best odds, he is going to do whatever he can to keep you on his books.
6. The Favorite is Not Always the Right Bet
It makes sense to bet the favorite, after all, that is what everyone else is betting, right? Unfortunately, no, this is not true. The favorite does not always win, but you will not find a bookie that will tell you that. You need to do your research to see if there is any evidence to support the favorite winning.
